Preparing future leaders in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care
European Leadership Programme
Leading an anaesthesia department is unlike managing any other clinical unit. Its cross-disciplinary nature brings complexity, responsibility and strategic demands that go far beyond clinical excellence.
The ESAIC Leadership Programme prepares mid-career anaesthesiologists to lead with confidence, credibility and lasting impact.
Designed by experienced department chairs and healthcare leaders, this six-month journey equips future chairs with the tools to succeed in leadership roles.
