ESAIC surveys
ESAIC surveys are structured questionnaire-based tools used to collect standardised information from a broad or targeted population for research and analysis.
Under the ESAIC framework, surveys do not collect patient or sensitive health data and must comply with GDPR and applicable data protection rules. All ESAIC surveys and survey endorsements must align with ESAIC’s White Paper, Vision and Mission Statements, the Mellin-Olsen Declaration on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and the Glasgow Declaration on Environmental Sustainability. Specific patient data cannot be requested; if requested, the activity becomes an observational study rather than a survey.
